Deep Tissue massage reduces chronic pain, improving mobility and lowering stress. Targeting deeper layers of Muscle Tissue and fascia while supporting ffluid circulation.
Basic sport massage enhances recovery, increase flexibility and reduce muscle tension. Focuses on pre- and post- event muscle care.
